An important HR initiative at MAG has been to introduce a Mentoring Program, with the entire workforce being looked after by a caring and responsible mentor within the company. Senior mentors have been divided into five clusters, named after five of Karnataka’s rivers
and these mentors form part of the Inner Circle of the company.
