Employees form the backbone of Mag. The creation of
a safe, satisfying, stimulating and rewarding work environment is an important focus at Mag. Our policy is to employ shop floor workers fresh out of school and industrial training institutes and induct them into the Mag way of work and living. The worker attrition rate is extremely low, with several of our loyal workers having been with the company for more than fifteen years.
